Project Manager in the R&D team of HP Openview Service Desk V5.0. I was in charge of setting up and conducing the support and maintenance team of SLM (Service Level Management module of Service Desk) to the success. One of the big and exciting challenges during the product development was the multi-countries localisation : USA, Germany, Netherlands, France, India, China. The technical environment was: UML, XML, java, junit, Oracle. The product supported main devops principles (continuous integration, automatic testing, configuration management...)
Still on HP Openview Service Desk product, I defined the UML model implementation with the architect and implemented the business logic behind. I was in charge of driving technically the team (5 people). The technical environment was: UML, XML, java, junit, Oracle.
TeMIP is worldly recognised as one of the most powerful products for telecommunication networks management. During 4 years, I worked in the R&D team : initially as a system tester and then as a developer. During that period, I learnt the product but also how to build complex configurations to perform stress/capacity/performance tests. I was then in charge of developing a resynchronisation module for TeMIP and learnt the basics of procurement and project management.
I started my career in Sema Group Telecom as developer. The project was about to design an application in charge of monitoring France Telecom ATM service availability. The technologies used were Sybase, Oracle, HP OpenView, C++.
