South Africa
I have negotiation skills and experience with many different forms of marketing and sales strategies, together with a broad experience of both the Commercial Property industry as well as the Southern African tourism industry. My most valuable asset is probably my positive attitude, which I believe has helped me move forward in all areas of life. It allows me to see opportunities where others don’t, to rise to a challenge that may seem daunting, to use every negative occurrence as a lesson, to easily create good relationships with both clients and colleagues. I am professional and articulate and possess excellent communication skills. I am extremely service-oriented: it is so easy to differentiate one’s company from the next, just by offering excellent service. Most companies simply do not. I am very tenacious and do not give up easily. I work well under pressure and am both conscientious and loyal. I am enthusiastic and bring passion to whatever I do, have a great sense of humour and enjoy using my own initiative.

I created the Facebook group Stanford Birding http://www.facebook.com/groups/tanfordbirding/?ap=1 with photo entries of the competition at http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.208439312531383&type=1 as well as the Stanford Stretton's Bird Fair event http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=160690887306688. I also host the Photographic Competition entries at Google Picasaweb, where people may leave comments to assist me with the judging process. These can be found at https://picasaweb.google.com/Philippa.Castle/StanfordBirdingPhotographicCompetition2011 I also send personalised merged letters about the fair to my database of approximately 1500 people.
