The mandate of Project Touristic (FRA JT) is to develop and implement a new commercial setup as well as necessary capabilities to profitably increase Lufthansa Group’s footprint in tour operator markets both at home (DACH-B) and abroad. The core aim is to align and strengthen LHG’s B2B touristic offer across all group airlines.
The Intercontinental Network Planning Team has the primary goal to develop and optimize the Intercontinental LHG network (OS, LH, LX, SN) in order to provide optimum schedules and connectivity for customers and to maximize profitability. The LHG Project "Ocean" has the main goal to build up the new start-up airline "EW Discover" (4Y). With its fleet of A330 and home base in FRA, 4Y will operate mainly on leisure long-haul routes starting Summer 2021. The position of the commercial workstream The position Commercial Workstream Lead is responsible for building the commercial areas and corresponding systems to enable 4Y to successfully sell tickets across all global channels.
Additional to my current position, I led the cooperation project "BMW Vision iNext World Flight" in close collaboration external partners with internal colleagues worldwide.
