I love to start with an idea tackling a real problem and evolving it overtime to a strong product concept. Evaluating whether it really meets the need of a patients, how to realize it in an efficient way and to create a solid understanding of the value for everyone involved. I have the pleasure to do that day by day in a awesome, young, open minded and creative team @Bayer driving on New Digital Business Models in Digital Health. Changing and enabling the organization to do that in the right way, with the right skills, the right people and focus on the important topics is something I love to work in and exchange on.
I lead the product discovery and prototyping journey for several product ideas in the Bayer Digital Health space. Working with Bayers accelerator program G4A and awesome companies like HUMA, Sidekick and interesting startups. Digital Innovation and Lean Startup Methodologies have been very useful to push good ideas to concrete product development.
