I am a cosmopolitan person who gained relevant intercultural experience through a year-long backpacking trip around the world in Europe, Africa, North America and Oceania. As an organizational talent, I am reflective, open for criticism and constantly question prejudices and stereotypical thinking. I have 13 years of corporate experience in quality management (customer complaint management, process and test planning, research & development projects, certified auditor ISO 9001) in the low-voltage switchgear, battery storage systems and high-power charger sector. With over 9 years of experience in setting up and introducing a legally compliant, complex and cross-functional organization in the field of electrical safety I led 68 employees professionally. I have very good communication and presentation skills that have enabled me to bring a wide range of stakeholders together and to turn complexity into simplicity. Through strong analytical thinking, I am able to grasp and understand given structures to define the “box” in order to be able to think and act “out of the box.” With a focus on facts, efficiency, quality and company success and taking into account the professional skills of employees and colleagues, decisions are easy for me.
