โน๏ธDescription of the Programme: The Evonik Perspective Programme is a talent development programme of Evonik Industries aimed at students who have demonstrated potential for leadership or expert roles within the company through previous education, internships or scholarships. It offers participants a structured opportunity to develop their skills and advance their career at Evonik. The programme includes, among other things: Training modules on leadership skills, project management and strategic thinking and networking opportunities with managers and other talent in the company.
โน๏ธDescription of the programme: As part of the programme, young talents who have successfully completed their training are supported on their further career path. In addition to financial support during a subsequent Master's programme, the programme offers various opportunities for personal and professional development through training, workshops and networking events.
(PhD studies at the Chair of industrial Chemistry) โน๏ธMy work included: Independent conceptualisation, planning and construction of a test system for high-pressure operation. Scientific work and project management (applications, reports, presentations) in the joint project Carbon2Chem (L2) with partners from industry and research. Sound knowledge and experience in online gas chromatography and IR spectroscopy. Contribution to specialised publications and participation in international conferences. Operation, independent experiment planning and management of the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy laboratory (XPS). Specialised supervision and guidance of Bachelor's and Master's students. Supervision of laboratory practicals and exercises in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in Chemistry (Basic practical course in technical chemistry, Characterisation of heterogeneous catalysts, Process engineering of heterogeneously catalysed reactions).
(Student research associate at the Chair of industrial Chemistry) โน๏ธMy work included: Characterisation and testing of heterogeneous catalyst systems. Operation of an existing test facility for high-pressure operation with synthesis gas. Experience in using a variety of analytical methods such as XPS, XRD, TG, TPR, N2-physisorption, N2O RFC, TEM and EDX.
