People often think recruiting is about finding people. I see it more as solving systems of relationships. Every hire sits at the intersection of people, processes, technology and timing. When those elements align, great teams are built almost naturally. When they don’t, even the best candidates struggle. That’s the space I enjoy working in. My background is in recruiting and HR, but what drives me is the combination of human connection and logical structure. I like understanding how organizations work, how decisions are made, and how the right systems and processes can make talent flow more efficiently. Over time, this has led me to focus not only on hiring great people but also on building the infrastructure behind it: • scalable recruiting processes • smart HR and HRIS systems • data-informed decision making • and environments where people can do their best work Because in the end, great hiring isn’t magic. It’s the result of clear thinking, good systems, and genuine human connection.
