When those elements align, great teams are built almost naturally. When they don’t, even the best candidates struggle. That’s the space I enjoy working in. My background is in recruiting and HR, but what drives me is the combination of human connection and logical structure. I like understanding how organizations work, how decisions are made, and how the right systems and processes can make talent flow more efficiently.
