Internal and external project management with regard to new packaging materials and packaging formats up to series production readiness including all aspects of the associated material testing and approvals (e.g. specifications, conformity and migration tests). System adaptations including project planning (elaboration technical of requirements, costs, timing and ordering) internally and externally (packaging suppliers, system manufacturers, customers) up to commissioning on site. Development of the technical requirements for new filling lines with regard to the points relevant to packaging technology. Accompanying various development projects with almost all well-known branded goods manufacturers in the industry as part of B2B projects. Driving forward implementations with regard to sustainability and circular economy. (SUP, PPWR...). Research project participant in relevant projects for the further development of packaging with regard to food safety (e.g. xenohormones, microplastics, Migratox,NIAS...) Internal and external auditor
