Global technical product ownership of all the Business Line products within Belimo (damper Actuators, control Valves, Sensors & Meters and digital Ecosystem). Ownership includes the technical responsibility of all products over the entire product lifecycle (from the idea to the projects, maintenance and deletion). Co-Head of the Business Line Approach with the Head of Group Product Management. Ownership includes creation of the target product portfolio, creation of all product roadmaps, and management of the business line budget (CHF50+ mio). Leading four Business Line departments responsible for the technical part of the business lines, from ideation to product solution (project manager & lead product). Another team is responsible for the technical synchronization of the business line teams. In addition, a program project manager and a program product lead complete the top team. Most colleagues work in Hinwil. The team is completed by colleagues in Danbury (US), Shanghai and Grossröhrsdorf (DE). o Direct Reporting: 7 Employees o Indirect Reporting: 75 Employees Leading a very large program to make the Belimo product family fit for the future (2021-2025). Defining the product development roadmap with the PM organization of Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
