Here, I am responsible for integrating cutting-edge digital solutions to drive forward our business strategy. Previously, I was pivotal at SaaS scale-up FactoryPal, where I led technical onboarding and operations of customers' manufacturing lines for both data acquisition and data analytics. At Bosch, I spearheaded the software development of a multi-million Euro lighthouse project aimed at achieving CO2 neutrality at the Bosch Eisenach plant. As the former CTO of Hyko, a Dutch startup, I successfully transitioned a connected consumer product from an early prototype to full market launch, establishing key partnerships with leading European energy firms. This role followed my initial venture into entrepreneurship, which, despite its challenges, provided a foundational understanding of business dynamics. I am recognized as an Agile leader across the organizations I've served, known for my ability to innovate and deliver transformative products while fostering a positive workplace culture. My expertise is further endorsed by a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential, attesting to my proficiency in leading projects with agility and precision.       At CareToSave my main job was taking care of hardware development and manufacturing of Hyko connected Bluetooth lamp in Asia and Europe. This includes design for manufacturing of electronics and plastics, supply chain management, and project management of all steps necessary to bring a product in the hand of our customers. Legal work with manufacturing partners, leading the development team, firmware development in C for the Nordic nRF52 System-on-Chip , QA measures for both software and hardware, or managing CE certification are some of the activities I was responsible for. Furthermore, I was involved in building up and managing the development team and actively participated in sales and business development activities, with a focus on German speaking markets. Together with our CEO I successfully raised seed funding from a German Fortune 500 company. Hyko got acquired in 01/20.
