- Lead team of 5 people - Develop and implement the strategy process for the business unit "Customized & Lifecycle Solutions" - Steer the business unit transformation with support of strategic initiatives, esp. organizational development - Develop and manage strategic project portfolio to achieve sales targets - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and projects - Lead market intelligence activities for aftermarket business incl. analysis of market trends and competitive landscape - Implement OKR methodology - Manage executive committees - Moderate management workshops
