Responsible for the Region (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden) as strategic HR partner for the business. Developing HR strategies, consulting the business leader and developing HR solutions.
Responsible for establishment, run and continuous improvement of regional HR Service Center. Accountable for reliable service delivery and highly qualified, efficient and compliant operations of all respective processes (HR Direct, Employee Central, Recruitment, Payroll & Time) for all countries in scope. Driving transition & deployment roadmap for country wise roll-in and integration. Supporting Ramp-Up Phase for newly established SSC and responsible for Center2Center transition activities.
Train participants as freelance lecturer in business administration and national economy for the curriculum-module “Kostenbewusstes Handeln” for their IHK master certificate
