Main responsibilities and activities: - Management of the teams "Production Control", "Disposal" and "Logistics" - Implementation of a KPI-based meeting to ensure SCM teams transparency on current situation of factory (workload, capacity, inventories etc.) - Optimization of the methodology for preparation, execution and follow- up of the annual warehouse inventory - Definition of measures to adapt production capacities to dynamic workloads in a cost-optimal way - Support the roll out of a technical SIOP method at the plant
