I lead the German Private Equity and M&A Practice (PEMA) of Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor. Our team develops solutions that help strategic and financial investors, alternative asset managers and infrastructure investors to manage M&A risks through e.g. W&I Insurance, Tax and other Contingent Liability Insurance as well as Insurance Due Diligence. I further lead the German Financial and Professional Services Practice (FINPRO). At FINPRO we offer holistic solutions (e.g. including D&O, Crime and PI Insurance) that support organization’s innovation and growth by protecting companies from increasing legal and regulatory exposures.
