The hub manager position involves the following tasks and responsiblities: • participation in all aspects of the planning of audit engagements, using a risk-based approach to determine scope of procedures to be performed • monitoring of assigned audit projects, including fieldwork, review of working papers, communication of audit findings, etc. • managing personnel activities in the Amsterdam Hub, including driving staff recruitment, conducting candidate interviews, evaluation process and succession planning • mentoring and develop subordinates through leadership and training • building and maintaining of relationships with key executive stakeholders within the company • conducting internal projects to foster the continuous improvement activities of the Internal Audit function
