Global R&D Valuestream Product Owner for future engineering tool landscape in Protection & Automation. Overseeing global development 40+ member teams, budget and software delivery process. - Global release train coordination, utilizing SAFe and Agile LEAN methods. - Driving customer-focused Requirements engineering including alignment with Product Portfolio management, User Expierence teams and Architects. Thereby utilizing design thinking methods. - Project setup, continous reporting and people management for 6+ diverse global software engineering teams across 3 countries and 4 locations. - Stakeholder management towards PLM, Quality Management, internal engineering/operations team, other R&D projects in engineering space
Head of 5 people direct team and international development teams, incl. functional cost center responseability. - Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project teams in agile setups - Acquisition and setup of new R&D iniatives - Organizing requirements engineering with Design thinking methods - Stakeholder management towards PLM, Sales & Customers
