Manage global business development efforts for the Coating and Metal Business Unit. Deliver substantial revenue and profit growth on a global scale. Lead and coordinate an international team of Business Development Managers. Develop, implement, and execute innovative business strategies to capture growth opportunities. Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and technical decision-makers. Lead negotiations for complex partnership agreements and high-value technical contracts. Ensure precision in achieving revenue and profit targets for the Coating and Metal Business Unit. Regularly disseminate comprehensive technical progress reports to executive leadership.
- Global responsibility for existing and key customers. - Goal-oriented management, control and organisation of global sales processes. - Expansion/maintenance of strategic relationships with the key decision-makers in our customer base. - Leading and coordinating price negotiations, escalation, reconciliation and status meetings with customers & partners. - Regular exchange and coordination with international colleagues. - Technical consulting and regular contact with customers before, during and after conclusion of contract. - Further development of existing business relationships and acquisition of new customers. - Analysis of competitors and potential customers. - Sales, turnover and result planning (annual planning).
- Continuous development on the Field of automated application technology, especially robot painting processes with focus on OEM Automotive series painting - Coordination of customer-relevant development testing in the technology center - Support and follow-up of line trials and Introduction of new products to customers - Development of new application methods - On-site support at the customer's premises in case of quality incidents - Training in application for customers
- Development of new application methods for robot painting processes with focus on OEM - Analysis of the application results with the help of different measuring methods - Recognition and definition of various defects and development of possible solutions - Optimization of existing painting programs - Development of test procedures and painting parameters
