  • Executive Business Coach & Mentor - Founding Partner at The Silk Road Partnership

The Silk Road brought great wealth to many who traded along it, and enabled a rich exchange of culture, ideas, information, learning and spiritual enlightenment that still continues to shape today's world. But for those travelling along its path whether by land or sea, it could be exciting and full of commercial opportunity, yet also full of unexpected events, steep challenges, obstacles, twists and turns, not all of them welcome - in this way life on the Silk Road mirrors modern day careers and corporate life. The Silk Road Partnership is dedicated to helping organisations and their key talent to navigate their own commercial and personal ‘Silk Road’ journeys to successful conclusions. We deliver this through provision of Executive Coaching, Career Transition Mentoring & Coaching, Talent, Leadership and Development services that are grounded in many decades of combined experience in Europe, the Gulf, India, S.E. Asia and Greater China. We work with global and regional organisations and individuals, at all levels of leadership - from main board directors to younger emerging leaders. Our team's professional expertise connects east and west in terms of learning, knowledge, networks, cultures, business styles, origins of clients and experience of global relocations and executive transitions. The partners are a close and friendly team, leaders in their field, and enjoy building valued long term relationships with clients, in a spirit of genuine partnership.
