- Review spare parts and indirect materials PR before convert to PO - Liaise with suppliers on the prices and lead time - Handle new material registration via SAP MM - Ensure inventory accuracy by performing yearly inventory physical count and also in SAP - Plant SAP Keyuser for SAP PM module - Perform quarterly data cleansing for SAP PM module in plant - Coordinate spare parts refurbishment process - Monitor monthly DIO for spare parts and indirect materials - Monitor monthly overall stock value to ensure value not exceeding limit - Carry out cost saving or second source activity to reduce on inventory cost - Review non mover parts and perform scrap if machine already obsolete
-Ensure all receiving and issuing of raw materials/spare parts are done correctly - Monitor periodic cycle-count and stock reconciliation, investigate the root cause of discrepancies and implementing preventive measures to maintain inventory accuracy & integrity -Planning of space for present operational plans and future requirements in coordination with procurement/planner - To ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse at all time -Maximization of storage space and maintain the warehouse in neat & order manner, and safe conditions to meet EHS requirement
- Review and edit SOP for all levels of hiring eg: Direct, Indirect, Exempt and Managerial hiring process - Pull out resume from Jobstreet for Hiring Manager to select - Communicate with Hiring Manager and candidate to arrange for interview - Involved in walk-in interview for technicians and engineers - Verify the documents of candidate to ensure the originality of documents provided
