For the past ten years I have worked with service, sales, Human Resources, and delivered solutions on a wide range of things, with a diverse set of people. I have a firm belief that most organizations have a lot of room for improvement, and that staying curious and dynamic is the way to go forward. Development, quality, and cooperation are values that I look to apply in most situations I encounter, professionally and privately. Quality in particular has become a focus point lately as I have come to realize that it is not something you simply deliver with a product or solution, but a behaviour that has to be applied throughout the whole process (hence the cheesy quote on my banner page). Currently I’m looking to expand my knowledge on organization, effective communication within them, and how to foster strong partnerships. If there is something that really makes my day at work it’s seeing that no time is lost due to inefficiency. As a person I am often described as being light hearted, energetic, and inquisitive. A good laugh, an authentic conversation, or a moment of surprise is always right around the corner. I find that life becomes much richer with this attitude. Managing the customer service section. Apart from working with a wide array of systems (mainly IFS), tasks include contact with various stakeholders, ensuring that daily workflows remain efficient, and actively working towards lowering costs while keeping our level of service at a top level.
Worked with the nordic HR-department based in Univar Solutions' Malmö office. The worked involved a wide variety of tasks related to the HR-function; personnel administration, responsibility for the company car-fleet, assisting managers, etc.
Temporary assignment where I assisted the customer service department during the time around Valentine's Day. Tasks involved placing orders, ensuring delivery, and assisting business partners and customers with issues relating to delivery and payments/refunds.
