As E-Commerce Manager at OFYR Denmark/Valentin Brands, I have been responsible for driving the growth of our online sales. My role has included a variety of key responsibilities: - Overseeing our webshop, including product additions and overall design management. - Cordinating logistics between our financial system, warehouse, and webshop, ensuring seamless and automated operations for our three brands: OFYR, The Bastard, and Tenderflame. - Handling lead generation and conversion from Instagram and Facebook, as well as managing external sales efforts. - Actively participating in events featuring OFYR and Tenderflame. - Creating price lists in Excel and making adjustments in our ERP system, Uniconta.
During my time at OFYR Denmark/Valentin brands, I have developed a wide range of skills and gained valuable experience in both business adminstartion, Finance and sales: - Managed procurement processes and coordinated communication with our distributor in the Netherlands. - Handled invoicing and related financial tasks. - Acquired extensive experience with the Uniconta ERP system. - Designed and developed our webshop for Valentinbrands. - Engaged in both internal and external sales activities. - Played a key role in organizing and executing large-scale events featuring OFYR across Denmark.
Through my millitary service i have gained qualifications: - I was appointed group Leader, which has given me experience in leading and managing a group effectively. - Millitary service instills discipline, punctuality and strong work ethic, qualities that are particulary emphasized at the Royal Guard. - In the service, I was often faced with with complex and challenging situations, which improved my problem solving and critical skills thinking.
