In the role of procurer, it is fantastic to be able to help the organization reach their needs. Procurement can be so much more than buying at the lowest price. Basing procurement around the company's strategic goals and values, as well as quality should be at least as important.
Lead Sourcing Categories: SIM Cards, CPE (Routers and TV Boxes), Travel, Logistics, and Transport. Led AI integration in procurement processes. Implemented CPE Financing for hardware contracts, leading to hundreds of millions in cash flow benefits.
