My practice focuses on helping consumers enforce their rights to fair debt collection practices by bringing federal claims for abusive and deceptive collection practices. Throughout my career, I have handled a broad array of transactional and litigational matters involving business, contracts, wills, real estate. In 2005, I began to develop experience in assisting consumers defending lawsuits for consumer debts, including credit card debts. This blossomed into bringing claims against debt collectors who fail to comply with the law. We have enjoined much success protecting the rights of consumers and helping to rid the collection industry of abusive practices through class actions and individual claims against debt collectors in federal courts across the country, and forcing debt buyers and collection attorneys to produce admissible evidence to support their cases or to dismiss them.
• Supervised the consumer law unit casehandlers across multiple offices, ensuring high-quality representation for clients. • Designed and implemented case handling protocols, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. • Conducted training for new attorneys, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team. • Actively participated in community outreach and education, strengthening client relationships and awareness of consumer rights.
