I design digital health programs and behaviour change interventions for insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and health platforms. My work focuses on translating medical and behavioural knowledge into practical tools, coaching journeys, and digital features that help people manage their health in everyday life. My work sits at the intersection of health expertise, behaviour change, and digital product development. I design programs, coaching journeys, and content structures that help people build sustainable habits and apply health knowledge in daily life. Over the past decade, I have worked on digital health products and programs across prevention and patient support. These include prevention programs, patient support programs, health apps, and web-based coaching platforms used by large user groups. In my work, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on program and content development. I have led interdisciplinary teams while continuing to work operationally on program design and health content.
