As Partnership Manager at Gold Coast radio station Juice 107.3 I help connect our loyal listeners with our trusted business sponsors through effective radio marketing and branding campaigns. My focus is building strong, meaningful partnerships, with an emphasis on sponsor and donor care. With more than 30 years’ experience in the radio industry, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights to help local businesses not only grow but truly thrive by delivering messages that genuinely matter to our listeners. Initially, I held roles in on-air operations and middle management roles, however most of my experience has been in senior management roles, this was in commercial, community and international sectors of the industry. Over the past 15+ years as a consultant, I helped media clients develop their business in five key areas including Strategy, Sustainability, People, Product and Profile development. More recently I have been focused on adult education, specifically workshop training and facilitation and one-on-one coaching, primarily developing leadership ‘soft skills’ to help create high performing teams to increase leadership capabilities.
