Chandler Macleod is one of the region’s largest human resources companies. Responsible for the group’s change management team and IT. A team of 40 FTEs with a budget of $20 million Opex and Capex, supporting world-wide operations with revenue of ~$1.5 billion and 1,400 employees. * Built and executed the business strategy, vision and roadmap that underpinned Chandler Macleod’s transformation from a traditional unintegrated paper based organisation, to a market leading and fully integrated business group. Built CMG's first ICT and digital strategy and the supporting business cases for desktop virtualisation, data centre consolidation, disaster recovery, private cloud, voice and network refresh, security and identity management, big data and digital platforms. * Delivered IT Opex savings in excess of 30%, reduced physical footprint through full virtualisation and integrated multiple acquisitions whilst closing 20 legacy offices and multiple data centres. * Led the shift from “bricks” to “clicks” by modernising the core transaction engines, implementing one view of the customer (including CRM and business intelligence) and refreshing digital assets. * Led significant SLA improvements, including a Net Promoter Score from 20% to 90%, tier 1 system availability improvement from 97% to 99.9% and process maturity (CMM) improvement from 10% to 40%.
