Responsible for keeping high hygiene standards for the machines and serving surfaces. Locations can range from: film/tv locations, brand activations, film/tv studios, fitness events and university open days to give a few examples.
Cafe Manager of the newly opened location in Aldershot Train Station. Responsible for the daily operations of the location. This role includes responsibilities such as looking after staff rotas, staff holiday requests, cash handling. Also responsible for being the main key holder for the location. Solely responsible for dealing with multiple suppliers and ensuring that stock is ordered from suppliers correctly. Responsible for ensuring that legal food handling policies and requirements are met daily, along with ensuring hygiene standards are met. Responsible for daily checks on food storage and preparation areas. I take great pride in creating the experiences that really wow customers,ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Event Staff for the Christmas Light Festival at Tulleys Farm as part of the bar & coffee team. Responsibilities included being a barista serving customers a variety of hot drinks, whilst also serving alcohol and spirits. I was also chosen as part of the small stock running team, to ensure all units had the stock they required. Across both of these roles customer service was the priority, whilst also being aware of health & safety, allergen awareness, money handling and ensuring customers are over 18 to purchase alcohol.
