DAM SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - Developed Business Case and received approval for $95M Fairbairn Dam Spillway Improvement Project, in liaison with key stakeholders Building Queensland, Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines and Queensland Treasury - Oversaw annual program to monitor portfolio of dams, including dam safety reviews and comprehensive risk assessments, to ensure current condition and risk was known - Managed dam safety and geology teams to ensure compliance with regulations and operational requirements - Managed a SunWater site team of 15 and 50 various subcontractors to achieve cost critical works within deadlines for Dam Safety Improvement Program, including works at Paradise Dam, Boondooma Dam and Fairbairn Dam - Oversaw development of site management plans for the successful mobilisation and establishment of site (construction methodology, construction management plan, safety management plan and environmental management plan) - Managed procurement of various subcontractors and local supply agreements including reviewing scope of works and tender assessment - Provided valuable advice and expertise into Dam Safety Improvement Program to meet regulatory requirements.
