My role was to lead and co-ordinate the procurement of Lipton's core operating platform covering: - System Integration - Business Integration - Network infrastructure and service - IT Infrastructure: - Cloud Computing (Azure) - Cloud landing zone - End User Service desk - Global Printing contract - Application Maintenance Support - Global Billing Managed Services - Factory IT intergration - Core ERP - and ancillary applications - Core CRM - and ancillary applications - Core HR - and ancillary applications - MarTech solutions - End User Hardware (Laptop, Mobiles, Desktops, Monitors, etc.) Delivering a return of investment of 25 times the fees billed to the client.
