I’m a Construction Project Manager with a background in both architectural design and site delivery, combining a BA (Hons) in Architecture with an HNC in Construction. This dual perspective allows me to bridge the gap between design intent and on-site execution. With experience across a range of sectors, I’ve led teams on high-value projects from pre-construction through to handover, focusing on programme, quality and collaboration to ensure successful outcomes for clients and end users alike. As Construction Manager at Ashlar Construction, I’m responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex commercial and residential projects from pre-construction through to handover. My role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining tight control over programme, quality and cost.
Responsible for managing the full design lifecycle of projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. Ensuring that the design intent is maintained while aligning with client goals, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. Further including the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, external consultants, and vendors. I ensure that all parties are working to clearly defined scopes, aligned timelines, and approved budgets, enabling projects to progress efficiently and meet their objectives without compromise to quality or performance.

Utilised my background in construction, to help the BES in-house design team to produce exemplary design in Healthcare, Semiconductor and blue-chip Pharma companies.
Small project management projects up to £1m. Works include design and builds, refurbs, and small civils. My time at Ashlar enabled me to develop into a Supervisor capable of overseeing construction projects from beginning to handover. Two years of full time employment as a site supervisor on various construction sites based around the north west, before attending full time university course in Architecture. Ensign then hired myself during time off from university course i.e. summers and breaks in term. Employment began as general laborer/driver Employment proceeded further into a more formal 'supervisor' role, first working with the construction managers, before beginning to manage jobs singular. Skills include experience in fields such as: drainage works, groundworks, concreting and concrete repairs, small timber construction. Overall good understanding throughout most construction trades
