      I have developed some entirely new skills during my time with the Success Team. Microsoft Power BI and then Looker were completely new to me when I started out. I now consider myself proficient in both. I have also developed some strong analytical skills by using these data tools. I find the data side to my job fascinating. I use the data to identify growth opportunities and present them to my merchants. This often leads to account growth when implemented. I also particularly like the business development calls. I much prefer to communicate through video calls than via email. It is far more personal and allows me to express and impose myself better. This is when I'm really in my element. I am also very results orientated so it's great to have clearly defined targets to chase and achieve. It keeps me on my toes and allows me to excel.

      Printify is by far the most exciting company I have ever worked for. I knew this was where I wanted to build a career. Being new to the industry I had to work my way up from the bottom to prove myself with this exciting and ambitious company. I was promoted from Junior Agent to Senior Agent before my probation period had fully elapsed. I performed very well during my time in the Support team and strengthened my already solid customer service skills. This was recognised and rewarded after just 8 months with another promotion to the Success Team to work with our highest value merchants and generate growth in these accounts.

    I developed some invaluable skills of working under high pressure and high tension situations. This was during the worst times of the Rolls Royce engine failure situation which left many of the airline's aircraft grounded and resulted in mass cancelations and alot of unhappy customers. My job was to support and arrange alternative travel arrangements for travellers stuck at airports due to flight cancelations.

    My first job when I came to Latvia in summer of 2017. I developed great relationships with my colleagues and managers. I performed well consistently throughout my time with ITN. It was an entirely commission based salary so there was a massive importance and emphasis on performance and results. My strong sales, communication and negotiation skills were developed and put to the ultimate test during my time here. I was the best performing "rookie sales agent" in my first month on the sales floor. I was also the overall top sales performer in October 2017 (my 5th month) and 3rd overall best sales performer in November 2017. I really enjoyed my time with ITN. It was a fun, rewarding time and really built my character in sales.
