Mr. Davis is currently assigned to the Military Division, where he provides quantitative and other analytic services. He also provides similar support to other divisions as needed. He has over 25 years’ experience in housing related issues and his duties have included program development, computer modeling, statistical analysis, database programming, market analysis, cost estimation and other quantitative analysis. His work has been devoted to housing/construction technology and techniques, building codes, remodeling practices, building safety, military housing privatization and planning, and housing durability issues.
