Oversees Roynat’s strategic direction and drives the creative financial approach needed to address each client’s unique business needs.
- Responsible for leading sales and operation teams who provide Commercial financing services, for the execution and delivery of Asset Based Lending, Private Equity, and Leasing solutions to upper end and mid-market clients. - Key member of the Commercial Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with senior management and key business partners toward the achievement of Commercial Banking’s goals and growth objectives.
Responsible on a national basis for the role out, strategic direction, the overall leadership and management of a credit underwriting team in excess of 170 full time employees for the Commercial Bank.
- Lead a successful commercial banking sales force of 21 relationship managers with an aggregate portfolio in excess of $1 Billion and over 400 borrowing connections. - Responsible for overseeing administrative and credit support functions of the Commercial Banking Centre.
