Leads Business Development efforts for Cunningham Automotive and Cunningham Brothers to Automotive OE Manufacturers and Suppliers. Also, leads Cunningham's technical efforts to support Cunningham growth into additional part types.
Led Ford's Global Repair Product Planning engineers in delivering products to grow Ford's aftermarket parts business. Managed teams of Engineers, Program Managers, and Analysts for new and remanufactured service parts from concept to launch. Products include Powertrain, Chassis, Maintenance & Light Repair and Chemical & Lubricant products for Ford, Motorcraft, and Omnicraft brands. Functions include design, testing, toxicology, materials analysis, and warranty.
Developed and launched globally Ford's revised engineering analysis process to support FCSD's service part sales growth initiatives for Motorcraft and Omnicraft parts. Lead cross-functional initiative to decrease technical analysis time and meet internal and external customer wants. Continued to work with all regional engineering teams to share lessons learned and address specific product issues.
Managed a team of engineers and product managers to deliver remanufactured engine assemblies and engine products to support Ford's aftermarket engine business. Heavily involved with new product opportunities, product and supplier issues, and new remanufacturing techniques and processes.
Worked with Quarterback teams to deliver warranty cost savings projects.
