For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of leading organizations dedicated to one purpose: serving the people who serve our nation. Throughout my career, I have led global operations supporting military communities across the United States, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific, helping ensure service members and their families have the support, resources, and community services they need wherever they live, train, deploy, and recover. My experience spans enterprise strategy, global field operations, organizational transformation, leadership development, crisis response, and mission delivery across complex, geographically dispersed organizations. I have been fortunate to work alongside military leaders, senior enlisted advisors, government officials, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, industry partners, and volunteers who share a commitment to service. These collaborations have reinforced my belief that the most enduring impact comes from organizations that unite people around a shared purpose. As I look to the next chapter of my career, I am excited by opportunities to help mission-driven organizations strengthen operations, develop leaders, inspire innovation, and expand their impact for military members, veterans, families, and the communities that support them.
Leadership team for one of the Air Force’s largest global mission support enterprises, providing strategic leadership for worldwide field operations that support 183 military installations and approximately 48,000 personnel. Partner with senior leaders to shape enterprise strategy, strengthen organizational performance, and ensure military communities receive responsive, high-quality services wherever Airmen and their families live, train, deploy, and recover. • Lead a headquarters organization responsible for enterprise strategy, workforce development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a globally dispersed organization. • Developed organization’s Human Capital Strategy, aligning workforce planning, leadership development, succession management, and talent acquisition to strengthen long-term organizational resilience. • Champion responsible AI adoption to improve workforce development, organizational learning, knowledge management, and data-informed decision-making. • Guided the organization through executive leadership transitions and enterprise restructuring while maintaining mission delivery, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. • Build partnerships across military leadership, academia, industry, and government to develop innovative solutions that improve organizational capability and customer-focused operations.
Led worldwide programs supporting military communities across 180 installations, providing executive oversight of housing, installation support, environmental stewardship, and quality-of-life initiatives affecting thousands of military families. • Developed a $1.1 billion investment strategy that improved housing and quality of life for more than 53,000 junior enlisted service members. • Used operational data, workforce insights, and stakeholder engagement to prioritize investments and align resources with the greatest needs across military communities. • Built trusted partnerships with Congress, federal agencies, installation leaders, local communities, and international partners to advance strategic initiatives benefiting military members and families. • Balanced long-term infrastructure planning with customer-focused service delivery, ensuring responsible stewardship while improving the experience of those served.
Served as principal executive advisor to the Assistant Secretary responsible for worldwide installation support, environmental stewardship, and quality-of-life programs.
