Vincent has more than 15 years working in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Finance, Oil & Gas, and IT Services industry. Vincent’s experiences include ITIL IT Service Level Management, Service Offerings and Agreements, Service catalogue, Capacity management, and most recently Robotics Process Automation. Vincent was responsible planning and execution of IT Services and Service Level Management in alignment with the ITIL practices on IT service transformation and operating model. Vincent also has experience in development and delivery of IT Service Management governing framework, as well as the delivery of Robotics Process Automation tools. Vincent graduated from Swinburne University of Information Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology.
