• Set up production plans monthly, quarterly and yearly according to the strategic orientation of the company. • Implementing, directing and managing production activities in accordance to the approved plan / norm. • Ensure completion of the production plan / targets. • Promote the development and implementation of work plans for each department. • Focus on target of cost reduction yearly • Planning the production schedule of the factory to ensure the product quality, quantity and time requirements. Manage and supervise the entire production process. • Checking, assessing and reporting monthly to GD & Fujifilm Group on the production situation, labor efficiency, production process and abnormalities at the factory • Decide KPIs for all Supervisor, Section Leader, and staff. • Monitor and supervise task performance in comparison with budget and targets. Assess the staff’s performance periodically. ( Monitoring the result) • Lead, make job descriptions and propose manpower allocation matched with employees’ competencies and job requirements in the manner of effectiveness and efficiency. • Map out of company layout & preparing company layout to lunch the new line & new model & new project. • Management construction & Company equipment maintenance plan. • Management to work with Heza to complete the Fire fighting process & company Security & all requirement from the government. • Cooperate with HR to implement a training plan to promote Staff. • Develop and put into action a strategic production plan to achieve the company's objectives. • Manage all aspects of the factory's operations, including the manufacturing process and the quality, HR and administrative, PMC, and financial departments. • incharge of the plant's development in detail over the short, medium, and long terms. • Etc...
• Production Strategy & KPI setting . • Find out problems, find out root cause,take countermeasure and take preventive action. • Be responsible for quality, maintenance plan. • Management Staff to make working instruction, working standard & approved. • Make training schedule for staff and of training. • Troubleshooting make maintenance plan and ensure minimum machine breakdown and work at best condition. • Ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standards and meet the demands of sale forecast about quantities and kind. • Operates within agreed manufacturing procedures and systems , coordinate all manufacturing activities and ensure the highest efficiency of production. • Responsible for managing , motivating and developing production manpower and for the effective deployment and utilization of resources. • Responsible for driving the production to achieve and surpass profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. • Analytical thinking – able to translate vision into action. • Knowledge on Quality Management System, Green products and 5S processes.
