As a partner in EY's Boston Office, I have 20 years of experience serving biotech, technology (including software), entertainment, distribution, retail and manufacturing clients. I have had the opportunity to work with a number of start ups through Fortune 100 companies, in audit and advisory capacities throughout my career which included Dallas, Germany, Austin and Houston. I have experience serving clients through various offerings (private placements, public equity and debt); mergers and acquisitions; divestitures and the adoption new accounting standards including revenue recognition and stock compensation. Additionally, assisted clients through the maturation from a start up through public offering.
Worked in the Duesseldorf, Cologne and Bonn on significant subsidiary audits of SEC registrants as well as a foreign private issuer.
