Pranav is a Managing Director responsible for global USD investment grade debt distribution and syndication at Morgan Stanley. He oversees all Financial sectors across global banks, insurance, asset managers, aviation/air lessors and auto companies. Pranav has worked in several positions within the Global Capital Markets division at Morgan Stanley. He started his career in the investment grade debt coverage group, covering basic material and industrial corporations. He then transitioned to the firm's acquisition finance team where he worked closely with M&A and IBD partners to provide clients with committed bridge loans to support strategic acquisitions. Pranav received his MBA from Columbia Business School with Dean’s Honors. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree from the NYU Stern School of Business with a double major in Finance and Economics.
