My background is in project management, product development and Agile ways of working, and I focus on helping teams deliver change in a practical and organised way. Recently expanded expertise into AI strategy through Kellogg’s Executive Education program, gaining hands-on experience with AI readiness assessment, GenAI use case design, ethical AI, and the development of AI transformation roadmaps. Most of my work involves clarifying priorities, aligning teams, and making sure plans are realistic and understood. I try to keep things simple, communicate clearly, and create enough structure for teams to move with confidence. I enjoy working in environments where collaboration matters and where steady, consistent progress makes a real difference.
