- Responsible for the deployment and global operations of Zscaler’s industry-leading cloud security infrastructure spanning 100+ datacenters processing customer traffic from 180+ countries - Build and led an operations team that expanded capacity by 5X -- from 1B transactions/day to over 5B transactions/day. Deployed thousands of systems and expanded or re-negotiated datacenter capacity in 10+ countries - Principle architect of Zscaler’s infrastructure including provider selection, connectivity & peering design and expansion of new datacenters/markets - Implemented industry-leading transparency (launched trust.zscaler.com) and automated network management and monitoring systems
- Co-Founder and lead technology evangelist for one (out of six) of the nation's fastest growing Solution Providers for five consecutive years recognized by CRN Magazine. - Built and operated two world class datacenters supporting mid-market through Fortune 25 customers. Head of all networking and security operations supporting 500+ managed services clients - Created CentraComm’s tier-one IP backbone (AS22243 - established multiple peering arrangements) and multiple OC-48 SONET rings and metro Ethernet connectivity with carrier and provider diversity
- A multimedia and Internet development organization. Early member of the company’s Internet Development team and led the development of 30+ web properties.
- Residential Internet service provider (ISP) with five network Points-of-Presence servicing 2,500 customers. One of the first ISPs to bring dial-up, ISDN, P2P microwave and DSL to the market. Became SBC/Ameritech's largest reseller in the region.
