As Executive Business Assistant to the Global Head of SAP Mission Control Center & Mission-Critical Support, I support our senior management team while working on strategic and organizational topics.
As a Global Escalation Manager, I represent SAP as a crisis management lead in its most business-critical customer situations. In these high-stakes environments, I facilitate effective and immediate action plans that ensure our customers can return to normal operations as quickly as possible. My role as the 'last line of defense' involves comprehensive, end-to-end problem analysis and the development of robust and strategic action plans. I lead and orchestrate a cross-functional team of experts, ensuring seamless collaboration, while driving de-escalation and risk mitigation efforts. To ensure transparency and consistent expectation management, I also coordinate internal and external C-level communication, providing clear and precise updates to all stakeholders involved.
I worked as Product Owner for a construction site logistics network, responsible for delivering a product to digitize end-to-end construction site processes. This included material ordering, delivery, and compliant invoicing, supported by multiple microservices and apps for master data management, as well as providing external interfaces for running daily operations.
I work as a strategic advisor supporting the company's cloud migration. In addition, I help to redefine a scalable end-user support structure, helping the team to focus more on core development activities and less on repetitive support tasks.
