Akershus Energi Varme is a young company (~ 10 years) having expanded quickly in the district heating business in the areas around Oslo. Currently producing and distributing 150-200 GWh/yr to a variety of clients. My job is manage the portfolio of projects within the company: - Full responsibility of SHA, cost, time and quality of all ongoing projects - Hiring resources for engineering and site management - Procurement of materials/equipment - Contracting of contractors - Reporting to company's management The projects are mainly related to expansion of pipe network to new areas and clients. Also, we build new production plants when required, or execute modification projects to existing plants.
Managing the portfolio of projects of the company. Manning the projects with internal and external resources. Managing frame agreements with suppliers, consultants and contractors. Participate in the managment group of the company.
Technical management of EPC contract for gas treament plants erected at the brand new Qatalum smelter in Qatar.
