Finance professional with a special interest in business intelligence, analytics and leadership. I'm currently working with business controlling where I strive to help our management team to take the best decisions possible based on real time data. I have experience from a managing position and are aiming to develop and combine my skills within finance and leadership.
One of my main responsibilities, as a Group Business Controller, was to develop and standardize business intelligence tools to enhance the way we analysed our projects in the entire group. I worked in close collaboration with the IT department to drive change whitin the area. In my role, I was involved in the forecast procedure and I also wrote reports to the CFO where I explained how the group was performing in comparison to the objectives.
I worked as a Business Controller & Developer where I analysed business data and presented conclousions to a regional management team at Svevia. I was part of the management team and worked strategically with the managers to drive business decisions from idea to reality. The region had a turnover of approximately two billion SEK and I was responsible for the forecast procedure as well as reporting. I also had a team lead responsibility for three project controllers. During this period, I gained a great interest for business intelligence and I got the opportunity to lead a couple of projects within the area.
During a period of two years I worked as a Site Manager at Svevia for a workplace focusing on operations and maintenance. We had a yearly turnover of around 40 million SEK and I had the main responsibility for the site economics, personnel as well as the relationships with customers and suppliers. I was responsible for salary setting and I managed a total of seven employees. As a Site Manager, I got the opportunity to develop my leadership skills and I gained a greater understanding of what it takes to create effective teams.
