I work as a mentor and process facilitator and I accompany entrepreneurs and managers in resolving deep, often old issues and bringing lightness into processes. I also help companies to make underlying issues visible and solvable. If you have a deep, unresolved issue inside you, you always bring it out into the open - in all areas, both business and private. Many people who come to me have often spent years trying to resolve their deep issues in conversation-oriented settings. Often they then describe feeling they understood it better or had more of a sense of control. I work with approaches that make it possible to change deep issues, often very quickly and sustainably, on a non-rational level. Sometimes it is enough to use different systemic approaches or to solve them through body exercises, but usually issues are so deeply rooted in our ancestral system that other approaches are necessary. I have always had very strong perceptions and sensed where things are right or wrong, had clear impulses on how to find solutions. It was only through my own losses and strong changes in my life that I began to concentrate more on accompanying people and to bring my gift to the outside world. In processes, I also physically sense when the path to a solution is right. Due to my many years of experience as an entrepreneur and manager and in sales, I now bring my ability and gift to sense issues and solutions very quickly mainly to the management level and can thus combine what I have always carried within me...
