I bring over 25 years of experience in HR and organizational change projects, of which 17 are in the chemical industry. A native of Germany, I hold a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim (Germany). I began my professional career with Hoechst AG in 1990 as a direct staff to the global Head of Human Resources in the central HR department. I became the Human Resource Director for Celanese Chemicals in Europe in 1997 and was promoted to Managing Director of Celanese Chemicals Europe in 2004. In 2007, I became Global VP HR for KION Group, a global leader in forklifts, industrial trucks, related services and supply chain solutions. In 2010, I founded my own HR Consultancy, taking over global interim HR roles supporting restructuring, merger and integration processes as well as re-organizations of HR functions. I joined allnex in January 2017.
