I am leading a team of Governance experts within Finance Corporate Functions (FCF). We provide guidance, information and a strong risk & control framework that supports FCF's objectives. - Performing Risk and Control Self-Assessment - Designing new/enhanced controls to address the risk identified - Driving the resolution of issues and observations following control assessments - Reporting and investigating the root cause of Operational Events, identifying actions to prevent such cases - Liaising with internal and external auditors
Main responsibilities: - monitoring and assessment of execution of Process Level Controls (PLCs) for Finance GSO processes and oversight of the RCSA process to ensure consistency - maintenance of all process and control documentation within Finance GSO - access rights management for Finance GSO employees, including monitoring of segregation of duties and quarterly reviews - providing management information (KPIs reporting, productivity measures, Value and Efficiency Tracker, ad hoc reports and analysis) - Business Continuity Management - solution design and implementation, documentation maintenance and testing
Main responsibilities: - management of the processes - including quality assurance, business controls and procedures - coordination of 11 CEEMEA KCFR SOX testers and supporting CEEMEA as a KCFR Focal Point – providing education, reporting and tracking of the progress - performing SOX testing for AS and CRM processes - assessing the compliance with internal processes and project management and identifying deficiency/error in the process itself and its execution - ensuring reliability of financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations - defining the areas of potential improvements (KCFR = Key Controls over Financial Reporting)
