As a chairman of Student Talent Program I am responsible for managing group of ~30 people, who are divided into 4 project teams(Networking, Marketing, Onboarding team and Digitalization/Automatization team). Biggest challenge in my role was complete restructurization of our program, which was completed in cooperation with Talent acquisition team of Škoda Auto.
