𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀. By day I work as a data scientist on a high-volume payments platform, building models that detect when merchants go offline, forecast payment volumes, and catch data pipeline errors before they cause real losses. In parallel I work as a software engineer at a robotics startup, building the navigation and control systems that let self-driving robots find their way outdoors without GPS. I have a math and statistics background, which is the common thread across both jobs: whether it is a robot tracking its own position or a forecasting model that needs to be honest about its uncertainty, it comes down to the same kind of thinking.
