Jeg har i mit studieliv beskæftiget med brugeroplevelse, prototyping, løsningsorienteret kravspecifikation, systemarkitekt og kommunikation som jeg har arbejdet med de seneste 5 år. Jeg har haft rigtig gode resultater med brugeroplevelse – idet man for at kunne skabe en god brugeroplevelse skal der også være en god dialog mellem parterne. Gennem et samarbejde med OUH (Odense Universitetshospital) og WHINN, som er en kongres inden for nye og innovative løsninger til sundhedssektoren og med min nytænkning og innovative løsning vandt jeg denne opgave. Jeg har tillige altid en struktureret tilgang til mine opgaver. Jeg kan lide at arbejde i teams, hvor der er fokus på team-spirit og konkrete resultater. Jeg er meget fleksibel med hensyn til arbejdsopgaver – og er der brug for at arbejde lidt ekstra er jeg også parat til det. Endelig sætter jeg en ære i altid at levere et godt stykke arbejde og være med til at bidrage til det daglige arbejdsmiljø med godt humør og hjælpsomhed.

In my work as Product Owner at DSV, I was responsible for the adoption of the IT service inside the company and ensuring that it meets the demands of both the business and the users. Prioritizes business change requests based on budget. This involves ongoing business alignment and the collection of important inputs for the strategic plan. • Be part of driving the standardization journey of DSV Road, specifically with focus on customer agreements. • Identify new areas of standardization, data collection and analysis, design new or update existing standards, stakeholder management, drive definition workshops, implement new standards, create communication plans, and deliver on the standardization roadmap for the DSV Road division. • Be part of change management projects on a European scale and stakeholders alignment. • Take part in implementing KPI reports and in-depth analysis of optimization and financial benefits. • Take part in implementing and supporting the Road divisions processes, though E2E process management and alignment. In a agile setup • Extensive experience directing major projects/programs in multi-functional teams with a variety of technical and non-technical partners, including upper management teams.
As the role of Application Designer / Architect, I have been responsible for designing and developing new functionalities to our existing TMS system, and also overseeing the whole process of the new TMS(define and help create the technical documentation), as well as assisting with the maintenance. Throughout an agile work process, I did partake in the creation of problem-solving procedures, and development tasks (either with RPA or defining requirement for the myDSV platform. Created detailed technical requirements including workflows and forms – and worked with users to ensure these reflect their needs. ITSM tool and processes, implemented new integrations regarding optimization of e.g. service desk My core tasks were: • To contribute to the development of storyboards for the development of prototypes and further developing of the Online Booking portal myDSV • Project lead on managing various projects (Including integration of new mail platform for the control tower in DSV ROAD / Air & Sea) • Customer-specific solutions such as IT integration / data exchange, application configuration and BI • Gather requirements specification and designing the process of the implementation of the new TMS for DSV Road and the control tower. • Process automation of e.g. customer settlement with robotic process automation configuration in visual RPA tools • Business intelligence solutions and KPI reporting • Digital integration with customers and external transport companies via EDI, API and RPA. • Provide 2/3 level support for RPA and developing • Developing of Solutions Design Documents, and being a part of the compliance team to structure the security and oversee the general flow of implementation of new processes and escalates if there was a risk
Jeg har været tilknyttet et stort og ambitiøst kommunalt projekt med fokus på ’Mere værdig pleje´ i hjemmeplejen. Projektets formål var at forstå brugernes behov og få indsigt i deres hjemmeplejens arbejdsprocesser. I den forbindelse, har jeg ligeledes været med til at udarbejde en app som arbejdsredskab, med det formål bl.a. at kunne planlægge tid og ressourcer mere effektivt. Mine kerneopgaver var: • At bidrage til udviklingen af storyboards til udviklingen af prototyper • Deltagelse i både planlægning og udførelse af brugertests af prototyperne • Deltage i rammesætning af workshops med brugerne til funktionalitetstest af app’en • Projekt lead på styring af forskellige projekter
Virksomhedspraktikant i digitalisering afdelingen Mine hovedarbejdsopgaver var: • Udarbejdelse af prototyping til apps, samt Wireframing, dvs. skitsering af prototyper • Facilitering af workshops, primært UX principper (User Experience), samt workshops med fokus på forandringsprocesser i forbindelse af indføring af digitale værktøjer • Projektkonsulent, hvor jeg var en del af projektteamet
Mit personlige iværksætterprojekt, som jeg driver i min fritid. Her fokuserer jeg primært på: • Potentielle kunder - og udarbejdelse af user stories, kunderejser, for at afdække potentielle kunders behov og digitale færden • Rådgivning af udviklingsteamet i forhold til implementering af UI (User interface) • Udvikling af prototyper og design forslag, samt udvikling af tilhørende manualer
